AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN ABOUT THE ANCIENT RIGVEDIC CULTURES OF THE HIMALAYAN REGION AND ALL OVER THE WORLD

INTRODUCTION

In collaboration with Gandaki University, Pokhara, Central Department of Anthropology (T.U.), Kathmandu, and other academic and strategic partners, Mukta Foundation organised the 1st International Conference on Rigvedic Himalaya (ICRH) on 2023 December 7 & 8 in Pokhara.  

The ICRH 1st was a grand success. Our objective was to provide an opportunity for global participants working in South Asian society and culture to share their academic ideas and experiences about Rigvedic concepts and perspectives. We received over 45 abstracts and selected 35 papers presented at the conference.
